Driver Involved in Death of Willard Student Served Jail Time in California for DUI
Also served three years probation
Harold Neil Budnovich, the driver of the Ford Explorer that collided with a school bus, leading to the death of 17-year-old Willard student Kallista Fisher, served jail time and three years probation for a 2018 DUI conviction in California.
