Dude! Thanks so much for breaking all this down for the average layperson! I have been trying to keep up but it's chaotic. I read this whole thing. You deserve an award for journalism like this!! Based on just the two simplest of facts in this article, I am very opposed to Lee building even a doghouse out here, let alone 600 houses. 1. He's a Springfield City Council member. (C'mon Greene county and Springfield residents!! We need to do better by electing better.) 2. Just calling a buddy at whatever department you want to ask a favor such as removing very important information all willy-nilly off of decades old maps, is like setting up future generations to struggle and/or fail. We can't just remove important things like sinkholes without doing the due diligence the laws and nature require.
If we can't trust a developer just in how he handles his personal businesses, why do we trust him to handle ours‽
While I always appreciate a compliment, I didn’t write the opposition report 🙂
Rather, I just thought it was an interesting read (as are the follow up reports I’ll be posting tomorrow and Monday) and asked them if it would be OK to share.
Well kudos to whoever did write it. And to you too for posting it. Otherwise, I would have never been able to put all the pieces together to make the best decision. 👍

Thanks Brad! Great job!
